Privacy Policy

newbuildsokc.com ("the Site," "we," "us") is operated by Levinson Real Estate Team at LRE Realty. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We aim for plain language. If anything here is unclear, contact us — see the bottom of this page.

What we collect

• From everyone who visits. Basic browsing data (pages viewed, browser type, approximate location from IP, referring URL) via our hosting provider Vercel. We use this only to keep the site running and improve it.
• From people who sign in. If you sign in with Google, Facebook, or an email magic link, we receive your name, email address, and (where provided) a profile picture URL. We store this in our Supabase database.
• From people who save things. Communities you favorite and searches you save (city, price, beds, etc.) are stored against your account.
• From people who submit a form. Contact forms and showing requests collect your name, email, phone (when provided), and the message or scheduled time.

Why we collect it

• To run the Site and let you save searches, favorites, and scheduled tours.
• To respond to inquiries and connect you with a Levinson Real Estate Team agent.
• To send weekly digest emails about saved searches — only if you opt in per search.
• To prevent abuse, debug issues, and improve the Site.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the following parties, and only as needed to run the Site:

• Levinson Real Estate Team / LRE Realty. When you submit a lead form, request a showing, or call our agent, the relevant contact details are shared with Tara Levinson and the team for follow-up.
• Service providers. We use Supabase (database + auth), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and Twilio (SMS). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
• Sign-in providers.If you sign in with Google or Facebook, those services authenticate you and share back your name and email. We don't see your password.
• Builders. We do not share your account, search, or favorites data with the builders shown on the Site. You contact builders directly through their own channels if you wish.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

How long we keep it

• Account data (your sign-in, favorites, saved searches): until you delete your account or ask us to delete it. See Data Deletion for instructions.
• Lead form and showing-request submissions: retained for our business records. You can request deletion at any time — contact us.
• Analyticsare anonymized and retained per Vercel's defaults.

Cookies

We use a small number of functional cookies to keep you signed in and remember your local preferences. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can:

• See or update your account. Visit /account to view what we have, toggle email alerts, or sign out.
• Delete your account and data. See the Data Deletion page.
• Stop emails. Toggle off email alerts per saved search at /account or reply "stop" to any digest email.
• Ask us anything. Email hello@newbuildsokc.com or use the contact form.

Children

newbuildsokc.com is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Material changes may also be announced on the homepage or via email if you have an account.
