Data Deletion
You can delete your account and the personal information we've stored about you from newbuildsokc.com at any time.
Option 1: Self-service (fastest)
If you have an account, sign in and use the "Delete my account" button at the bottom of your account page. This is instant — your account and all associated data (favorites, saved searches, sign-in identity) are permanently removed.
Go to my account →Option 2: Email request
Email hello@newbuildsokc.com from the email address associated with your account (or the address you used in a contact form), with the subject line "Data deletion request." We will process the request within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.
If you submitted a lead or showing request, mention that in your email and we will delete those records too.
What gets deleted
- ✓ Your sign-in identity (Google, Facebook, or email login record)
- ✓ Your saved community favorites
- ✓ Your saved searches and email-alert preferences
- ✓ Any lead form or showing request submissions tied to your email (if you tell us)
What is retained
- ◦ Anonymous analytics (no personal identifiers; data aggregated by our hosting provider Vercel).
- ◦ Records we're legally required to keep (very rare for our type of service).
If you signed in with Facebook
You can also remove our app from your Facebook account at Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. That stops Facebook from sharing your info with us going forward, but does notdelete what we've already stored. To delete what we have, use one of the two options above.
