About The Builder's Collective
The Builder's Collective is a single-entity production builder based in Moore, Oklahoma that markets and constructs homes across approximately a dozen communities in the Oklahoma City metro and surrounding central Oklahoma towns. The 'Collective' name reflects branding, not structure — they operate as one builder with one unified floor plan lineup (Romans, Ephesians, Psalms, Galatians, David, Madison, Eden, Destin, Frisco, Zion, Jordan, Esther, Canyon Lane, Willow Creek), one office, and one set of contact numbers.
The builder appears to be a rebrand of R&R Homes — the former domain rrhomes.com now 301-redirects to the current site. They run a self-guided 'UTour' program for unaccompanied showings and partner with preferred lenders for financing.
Offerings center on entry-level to mid-range production homes in the high $280Ks to high $400Ks. One luxury exception: Joshua's Landing in Moore with prices near $1M, including a 10-acre pond, waterfall, sandy beach, and gated entry. Headquartered at 3006 S Sunnylane Rd, Moore, OK.
