Founded in 1954 in Miami and now publicly traded on the NYSE (LEN), Lennar is America's #2 homebuilder by volume behind D.R. Horton, delivering homes across more than 25 states.
In the OKC metro, Lennar operates one of its newer divisions, with active communities across Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Mustang, Piedmont, Newcastle, Noble, Guthrie, and the Oklahoma City core. In 2024, Lennar acquired Rausch Coleman Homes, absorbing Rausch Coleman's substantial OKC presence into the Lennar brand — many former Rausch Coleman communities now operate under the Lennar umbrella.
Every Lennar home includes the "Everything's Included®" package: smart home automation, WiFi-certified design with mesh access points, premium appliances, designer-curated finishes, and energy-efficient construction — all priced into the home with no surprise upgrade fees.
